Is stagelist really free?+
Yes — the Free plan is free forever. You get a personal link page at yourname.stagelist.pro with unlimited links. No credit card required.
Can I change my username later?+
No — your link name (e.g. yourname.stagelist.pro) is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully.
Which email provider do you use?+
We use Migadu, an independent email provider based in Switzerland that runs on servers in the EU. We chose them specifically for their privacy-first approach and European infrastructure.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). Analytics are fully anonymous — no cookies, no IP addresses, only aggregated daily counts.
What is included in the Pro plan?+
Pro includes your own custom domain (e.g. yourname.com), a professional booking email at that domain, all themes, analytics, and no stagelist branding. The domain is registered and managed for you — no technical setup needed.
What is included in the Starter plan?+
Starter gives you all themes and analytics for €3/month. You keep your stagelist subdomain (yourname.stagelist.pro). No domain or booking email — that's Pro.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
How does the custom domain work?+
We register and configure the domain for you as part of your Pro plan. You just pick a name — we handle everything (registration, DNS, SSL). It usually goes live within a few minutes.
Do I need technical knowledge to use stagelist?+
No. stagelist is designed to be as simple as possible. Setting up your page takes a few minutes — no coding, no DNS configuration, nothing technical required.
