Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no charge. No payment is required and no refunds apply.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Starter & Pro)

Starter (€3/month) and Pro (€8/month) plans are billed as recurring subscriptions via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting us at contact@stagelist.pro. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Custom Domains

Custom domains included with a Pro subscription are provisioned upon activation and are non-refundable once the domain has been registered on your behalf. If you cancel within the 14-day refund window before a domain has been registered, a full refund applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@stagelist.pro with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
